Ingredients: lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, Cubed Ice, grined black pepper, salt, Nicaraguan Beer

Preparation: First thing first! Rim your glass with salt! Use the lime juice to achieve this step. throw some cubed ice and mix in the lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and pepper at your taste. If you have some tomato juice in hand, add to mixture to create a more appealing color and flavor. Last but not least, add one of our many world known local beers. Stir and Enjoy!

Rum and Coke

Yes indeed! A well known worldwide cocktail and one of our favorites in Nicaragua. This may be because we are home of one of the best rums to date, Flor de Cana.

Ingredients: 2oz, Flor de Cana 7yrs Rum, Coke or Pepsi, Slice of lemon, cubed ice

Preparation: In a short drinking glass pour the Flor de Cana 7 yr rum on cubed ice. Add soda to your discretion. Decorate with a slice of lemon on the rim. Stir to blend the flavor and drink up!

Note: The variety of rums you can use for this cocktail is endless, nevertheless we extend to you our list of favorites: Flor de Cana 7yr Gran Reserva rum, Flor de Cana 7 yr White rum, Flor de Cana 5 yr Añejo clásico.


Another infamous cocktail in Nicaragua is definitely the Macuá! Taste, appeal and refreshment in a single blend. Its well known for its tropical and local savoriness and ingredients.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Flor de Cana Extra Lite rum, 1 oz guava juice, 1 oz orange juice, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/3 oz simple sugar syrup, 1 slice of orange peal and a green or red cherry and cubed ice.

Preparation: Fill a cocktail mixer up 3/4 with cubed ice, add Flor de Cana Extra Lite rum, guava juice, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake ardently for about 30 seconds. Serve in a tall drinking glass and top it off with a slice of orange peal and a green or red cherry. Drink and indulge in the tropical flavors of Nicaragua.




This is a drink for someone who wants to enjoy a delicious rum without being overwhelmingly sweet and without losing that sweet characteristic flavor that rum naturally brings.

Ingredients: 2 oz Flor de Cana rum, 2 oz club soda (carbonated water), Coke, 0.25 oz lemon juice, cubed ice

Preparation: Pour the Flor de Cana rum into a drinking glass half filled with cubed ice, add the soda and fill the rest with a splash of coke. Cut a thin slice of lemon peal and throw it in the mix with the lemon juice for a final zesty taste. Stir and enjoy!

Ingredients: 2 oz Flor de Cania 18 yr Centenario Rum, Cubed Ice

Preparation: It does not get any easier and simpler nevertheless exquisite and exclusive than this following drink. Pour the 2 ox of flor de Caña 18 yr Centenario Rum on a short drinking glass half filled with cubed ice. Don’t stir! Just sit back and enjoy this incomparable and superb drink.
